labaman.com is a family business on Curaçao. We are responsible for the data you share with us through this website.
What data we collect
If you fill in the contact form, we store your name, phone number, the date of the funeral and your message. If you create a death notice, we store the details you enter, including the name and phone number of the contact person.
What we use it for
We only use your data to contact you and to verify and manage the death notice. We never sell your data and do not share it with others, except when needed to provide our services.
Death notices
By default a death notice can only be found through its link. Search engines do not show it unless you choose to make it public. The name and phone number of the contact person are never shown. You can always change or delete the notice through your management link.
Cookies and statistics
We do not use tracking cookies. We only remember your language choice. To improve the website we anonymously count how many people visit it, without cookies and without identifying you.
How long we keep data
We do not keep contact details longer than needed. For a death notice, you choose whether it goes offline after a year or stays online as a remembrance.
Your rights
You can always ask us what data we hold about you, and ask us to change or delete it. Please contact us to do so.
