Kos di boka and what is traditionally served

Draft text. The final content will be supplied or checked by labaman.com.

At visiting evenings, the laba man and the ocho dia, many families have something to eat and drink ready: kos di boka, letter, peanut cookies, chuculati, coffee and tea.

Exactly what, and when, differs from family to family and neighbourhood to neighbourhood. We ask older generations and local bakers what is customary and record it here.

We work with people who make these products the traditional way.

Traditions differ from family to family, church to church and neighbourhood to neighbourhood. So we prefer to write “in many families it goes like this” rather than “this is how it should be”.
